Magic Kingdom

Since Magic Kingdom has the most rides and the most ground to cover, I decided to use the Touring Plans website to map our a general path through the park.  I had never used it before and was really impressed.  I input our Fast Passes and lunch reservation times, told it what rides we wanted to ride, and it automatically calculated the best route to take through the park to maximize rides and minimize wait time and walking.  We are definitely not the type of family to follow a minute by minute schedule through Disney World, but I liked having …

Disney Cruise Tips

Your first Disney Cruise can be overwhelming!  Here are some tips to help make your cruise more enjoyable. Before the Cruise Schedule a character call. Once your cruise is booked, you can schedule up to two character calls through the My Reservations link on the Disney Cruise Line website.  You can choose a character and a date and time for them to call.  The calls are pre-recorded and cannot be personalized, but what kid doesn’t love to pick up the phone and hear Mickey Mouse on the other end?  This is a fun way to either reveal your cruise plans …

Our family really enjoyed LegoLand.  Here are some tips to help your family enjoy it too! Do not pay full price. The LegoClub Magazine regularly has coupons for a free child ticket with the purchase of an adult ticket.  Not a subscriber?  You can subscribe for free at lego.com.  Or simply google legoland florida coupons to find similar deals elsewhere.  There is always a valid coupon out there so you should never have to pay full price.
